Just call me Annie. Gar and I took a trip from our "usual" activities and went down to Papa's farm for some good ol' fashioned shootin'. It doesn't get much more refined then going to a farm and shooting at targets pinned to old train boards from my younger brother's childhood. 

Hubby really enjoyed the chance to shoot a bunch of different guns--I enjoyed taking pictures.

He wasn't a bad shot either!

Gar and Papa also had some fun shooting moving targets. I think Gar enjoyed it more than Papa--though I heard quite a few good laughs from my Dad after I would yell, "Pull" and Gar would miss. 

I really enjoyed having the chance to spend quality time with my Papa G and Gar. We haven't had much time to spend with our families and sometimes Papa gets snubbed because Momma Bear has little kids and let's face it, little kids win over guns most of the time. This time, however, was very special for all of us and something that Gar and I will remember for years to come. Thanks for the treat, Daddy!
